Let us pray.  Almighty God~ we pray You directly intervene in all the elections this week~ especially in Virginia~ where the anti-Jesus candidate Creigh Deeds challenges the pro-Jesus candidate Bob McDonnell~ whom I met today~ in the race for Governor.  The winner will seal the fate of the six heroic police chaplains who were forced to resign last year because they prayed “in Jesus name.”  God establish your Government~ and evict the devil from power~ from Colossians 3:17~ whatever we do in word or deed~ we do it all in Jesus Name~ Amen.

NY-23rd:  Traitor Scozzafava quits GOP and endorses Democrat
 
Let us pray. Almighty God~ we pray for victory by Conservative Party candidate Doug Hoffman~ the only pro-life~ pro-marriage candidate in the race for the New York 23rd Congressional district.  Thank God the liberal republican Dede Scozzafava quit the race~ but selfishly endorsed the liberal Democrat~ hoping perhaps to get a job from President Obama.  But the voters are not stupid~ so let the Republicans rise up against evil in the General Election~ just like they did to expose the Traitor in their midst~ from Proverbs 29:2 when the righteous rule~ the people rejoice~ in Jesus Name~ Amen.

Atheist sues Houston Texas to ban Jesus prayers

Let us pray. Almighty God~ from 2nd Peter 3:9 we pray for repentance by atheist Kay Staley~ an easily-offended “freethinker” attorney~ who is suing the Houston city council to ban Jesus name from public prayers.  God you desire that none perish~ but all to come to repentance.  God give the people of Houston a great legal victory for free speech in court~ and protect Christian Councilwoman Anne Clutterbuck~ who often recites the Lord’s Prayer at city council meetings. Let the name God’s One and Only Son continue to be lifted up~ in Jesus Name~ Amen.

Jury Decides Tennessee Schools Did Not Violate Students Rights

Let us pray. Almighty God~ we are saddened that a federal jury decided against Luke Whitson~ who was 9 years old when he was told to stop a bible study during recess.  The jury ruled his civil rights were not violated~ but rather it was a “misunderstanding.”  Yet~ the school was forced to admit their policy did not forbid student led Bible
study~ it only banned adults during school hours after one parent complained. Lord~ we praise you for Luke’s courage from Isaiah 55:11 that your word will not return to you empty~ in Jesus Name~ Amen.

Obama Breaks His Promise & Signs Hate Crimes Bill

Almighty God~ we pray for President Obama~ who according to Proverbs 6:19 is a false witness who pours out lies~ as evidenced by his actions this week when he signed a federal hate crimes law banning free speech and protecting pedophiles and homosexual sin.  He violated his pledge to veto the F-35 second engines~ when the Pentagon budget not only funded them~ it protects sexual deviancy including incest~ pedophilia~ zoophilia and necrophila.  God move your hand and convict Obama of his sins of breaking his oath and promoting evil~ in Jesus Name~ Amen.

St. Louis pays $80~000 penalty for censoring Christians
 
Let us pray. Almighty God~ we rejoice in Your victory with Alliance Defense Fund~ who successfully argued that a Christian ministry can hand out literature and speak about religious viewpoints at a public event in St. Louis~ after members of Apple of His Eye Ministries were threatened with arrest at a homosexual pride event in 2006.  God thank you for the $80~000 settlement the city had to pay the Christians. From Proverbs 29:2~ When the righteous rule~ the people rejoice. We thank you for a just ruling in this case~ in Jesus name~ Amen.

7. Saturday 7 Nov 09 One-Minute Prayer:

Nativity Scene Banned After 63 Years on Display

Let us pray. Almighty God~ we thank you for John Satawa who stood up to city officials in Warren Michigan~ after they caved in to the Freedom from Religion Foundation’s letter complaining that a public nativity scene violated the separation of church and state in the city~ and banned the nativity scene for the first time in 63 years.  God bless John’s courage~ and let a court give him permission to display his nativity scene in the same place he always has~ from Luke 1:14 so that many may rejoice in Christ’s nativity~ in Jesus Name~ Amen.
