Victory! Appeals Court Rules 3-0 for NDOP Victory! The 7th Circuit Court of Appeals just ruled 3-0 to overturn Judge Barbara Crabb’s ban on the National Day of Prayer (NDOP)~ now protecting the law passed by Congress in 1952~ and ruling the NDOP law is fully Constitutional~ allowing the President to proclaim a voluntary day of prayer and fasting for America. But the question remains: Will President Obama celebrate 5 May 2011 as the National Day of Prayer in the White House~ after skipping 2009 and 2010? For the third year in a row~ we are asking people to please sign our FREE PETITION to President Obama~ to reinstate the National Day of Prayer Ceremony in the White House on 5 May 2011.
