Almighty God, we pray many more Christians will boycott Home Depot, who wrote a letter this week to the American Family Association saying they will continue sponsoring Homosexual Pride parades, and encouraging employees to dress in Home Depot aprons while marching in parades that defile children and promote sod omite sin. We refuse to buy anything there, because from Romans 1:32, “although they know the ordinance of God, that those who practice such things are worthy of death, they not only do the same, but also give hearty approval to those who practice them,” in Jesus’ name, Amen.

Almighty God we pray for California math teacher Bradley Johnson, who is appealing to the U.S. Supreme Court after the Ninth Circuit ruled he could not display banners in his classroom that say “In God We Trust,” “One Nation Under God,” or “God Bless America.” Sadly the court had no problem allowing other teachers to promote Hinduism, Buddhism, and Islam in their classrooms. We pray you allow every teacher to speak the truth, that Jesus Christ is the Way, the Truth, and the Life, and nobody comes to the Father except through Him, in Jesus name, Amen.

Almighty God we pray for New Jersey school teacher Viki Knox, who now faces disciplinary hearing and possible termination from her job, because in her private off-duty time she posted on her personal facebook page that she opposes homosexual ‘marriage.’ Liberal attorney John Paragano argues that “Knox is entitled to her public comments against homosexuality, but she is not entitled to keep her job after making those opinions known.”
From Amos 2:12, we pray school administrators will not “command the prophets saying, ‘You shall not prophesy!’” but Viki’s free speech, Christian speech, will prevail, in Jesus’ name, Amen.

Illinois Kindergarten Kids Recruited by Homosexual Activists

Almighty God we pray for the innocent public school kindergarten children in Illinois, who are now under sexual attack by homosexual propagandists pushing mandatory pro-gay lessons in classrooms. The Gay-Lesbian and Straight Education Network (GLSEN) now pushes their new “Elementary School Toolkit” that recommends “intentional efforts to include explicit lessons that foster…differences in gender identity or gender expression,” promoting transgender cross-dressing for kids. From Luke 17, Jesus said it would be better if a millstone were hung around homosexuals’ necks and drowned in the sea, than allow them to cause little ones to sin, in Jesus’ name, Amen.

New York State Senators Debate Allowing Churches to Meet in Public Schools

Let us pray. Almighty God, we rejoice in a forthcoming victory for religious liberty in New York, where the Senate Education Committee voted unanimously to bring a bill to the floor that would stop as many as 100 churches from becoming evicted from their meeting place in public schools on February 12th. All 18 senators–including eight Democrats and 10 Republicans–agreed that the Senate should take action to protect citizens’ right to assemble. From Hebrews 10:25, we do not forsaking our own assembling together, as is the habit of some, but we encourage one another, in Jesus’ name, Amen.

Give favor to Christian lawyers from Liberty Counsel and Alliance Defense Fund, to help write a better policy after atheist complainers helped ban Pastor Ron Baker from attending student-led prayers at the flag pole each morning. Almighty God we praise You for the victory at the U.S. Supreme Court this week, who ruled 9-0 to stop police from secretly tracking our vehicles location by GPS without a court-ordered search warrant, because that violates our Fourth Amendment right prohibiting unreasonable search and seizures. God continue to protect our freedom from government infringement, and from corrupt leaders who lust for power to enslave good people.
