Palestinians: 2012 is the year we seize Jerusalem from Israel

2012 will be the year Palestinians seize Jerusalem from Israel, vowed President Mahmoud Abbas this week, promising a full-court press at the United Nations to force Israel to return to her pre-1967 borders, and the time when Jerusalem was controlled by Muslims.

Lebanon’s leading paper The Daily Star reports in a new article entitled, “Palestinians to press UN bid despite Quartet talks push,” that Abbas said he “will press on with a campaign for full state membership at the United Nations despite ongoing ‘exploratory’ talks with Israel.

“Palestinian officials have said the talks…will not continue beyond January 26 — the deadline set by the international peacemaking Quartet for both sides to submit comprehensive proposals on borders and security.”

“But the current dialogue with Israel will not stop the Palestinians from seeking UN recognition,” Abbas said.

“We will continue our (statehood) efforts in the Security Council,” he told a meeting of his Fatah movement on Thursday, adding that he “also planned to petition the UN’s Human Rights Council in Geneva over Israel’s continued occupation of Palestinian territory.”

“The Amman talks are intended to obtain a settlement freeze and the use of the 1967 lines as a reference for any future talks, and will be given a chance to succeed until January 26,”Palestinian negotiator Saeb Erakat said.

Erakat said 2012 “will be the year that the Palestinians go to the United Nations and all of its organisations.”

Palestinians need 9 of 15 votes in the Security Council to seize Jerusalem, but they only have 8 votes, thanks to immense pressure to defund the UN by Congress and YOU.

Netanyahu: Israel will never negotiate with Hamas terrorists, period.

As the Palestinian Authority hardens their hearts toward peace with Israel, there is a move afoot to merge the left-leaning Fatah party and the right-wing Muslim terrorist group Hamas in a coalition government that would declare Palestinian independence and seize Jerusalem, by force if necessary, from Israel. The idea drew a strong rebuke from the Israeli Prime Minister:

Benjamin Netanyahu said, “If Hamas joins the Palestinian government we will not hold negotiations with the Palestinian Authority,” in a speech at a conference for Israeli ambassadors.

Ha’aretz news reports Netanyahu “added that he is ready to meet with Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas anytime, anywhere, in order to renew negotiations.

“The peace process can only advance while maintaining security arrangements, which is becoming more difficult in light of the current situation in the region,” Netanyahu added.

“Last week, Abbas met with Hamas leader Khaled Meshal in Cairo and set the ground for Hamas to join the Palestine Liberation Organization. During the discussions, Hamas and Fatah decided to form a unity government by the end of January 2012.”

Amazing. Thanks to American backbone (and your faxes to Congress) the Muslims failed to persuade the UN to seize Jerusalem from Israel (so far), so now they want formal inclusion of Hamas terrorists in their government? Clearly they’re not hearing Netanyahu. The only way to ever obtain an independent Palestine is through direct, peaceful negotiations with Israel, not by reaching out to Muslim terrorists.

AlJazeera reports: “On Monday, 182 countries approved a non-binding UN General Assembly resolution on the ‘right of the Palestinian people to self-determination.’ The USA [and Canada] and Israel voted against the resolution. On Thursday, Iceland became the latest state to bilaterally recognise Palestine based on its 1967 borders. Thailand may be next, according to the Palestinian Ambassador, Riyad Mansour, bringing the total to 132.”

Do you realize what this means? 132 nations believe Israel no longer owns Jerusalem. And 182 nations believe Palestine should be an independent nation, seizing Jerusalem.

Even Britain is waffling toward Israel: “Israel’s continuing announcements to accelerate the construction of settlements in the Occupied Palestinian Territories, including East Jerusalem, sends a devastating message,” said Mark Lyall Grant, the UK ambassador, speaking on behalf the council’s four European Union members, Britain, France, Germany and Portugal.

Reuters reports “Most members of the U.N. Security Council voiced deep concerns on Tuesday about the impasse in the Israeli-Palestinian peace process and criticized Israel for pressing ahead with the construction of new settlements…statements criticizing Israel were made on behalf of at least 9 of the 15 council members.”

But Karean Peretz, spokeswoman for Israeli’s U.N. mission, said “the main obstacle to peace has been, and remains, the Palestinians’ claim to the so-called right of return and itsrefusal to recognize Israel as a Jewish state.”

A U.S. spokesman said “the only way to resolve the outstanding issues between Israelis and Palestinians is through serious and substantive direct negotiations.”

Question: If America did not stand nearly alone with Israel, who would protect her? God. And yet I believe God also commands US to stand with His chosen people. Let’s do that.

Palestinian flag flies above UN building. Muslims claim Jerusalem, world conquest.

Today, Tuesday 13 December, for the first time in history, a Palestinian flag will fly over a UN building at UNESCO headquarters in Paris, leading Muslims to claim they now have full ownership rights of Jerusalem, and have further conquered the world.

AFP reports: “[Palestinian Authority] President Mahmoud Abbas will travel to Paris to attend the event, which led Washington to pull funding to the UN organization, and which is seen by many as a step on the Palestinians’ road to eventual UN membership.” [i.e. to seize Jerusalem.]

“‘President Abbas wants to show the importance he attaches to UNESCO,’ said a Palestinian diplomat. ‘And this is the first time that the flag will be flown at the headquarters of a UN institution.’ The Palestinians were admitted to the body in late October, when the UNESCO general assembly voted 107-14 to make Palestine its 195th member.”

“The result angered the United States, Israel’s staunch ally, which says the Palestinians must first reach a peace agreement with Israel before they can become full members of an international organization.”

Not all Americans love Israel. Liberal Americans have no problem with this.

The liberal U.S. Brookings Institution admits how much tax money we saved after YOU faxed Congress to de-fund UNESCO: “United Nations Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), has an annual budget of about $300 million, with the U.S. covering 22 percent, or $70 million. However, after UNESCO admitted Palestine as a member on October 31, the U.S. stopped payment because legislation prohibits funding any United Nations agency that recognizes the Palestinian state. Nevertheless, on December 13 UNESCO will raise the flag of Palestine at its headquarters.”

Despite President Obama’s and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s pleadings to overturn this law, and send your tax money to Muslim conquest of Jerusalem, U.S. law still forbids our tax-dollars from funding ANY world organization that recognizes Palestine as an independent state. More Rockets Fired against Israel. Why USA should defund the UN and Palestine.

YnetNews.com reports this week two more Katyusha rockets were fired into Israel from Lebanon, proving again the UN is unable to stop Hezbollah terrorists motivated by Islamic hatred of all things Jewish or Christian.

“UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon overnight Wednesday condemned the firing of at least two Katyusha rockets from southern Lebanon into Israel, and called for ‘maximum restraint’ from the parties concerned.” Ynet reports. “The secretary-general condemns the firing of at least two rockets into Israel from southern Lebanon on the night of 29 November,” said a statement issued by Ban’s spokesman.

“The US State Department also condemned the rocket attack, calling it a ‘provocative act.’ Spokesman Mike Toner said the attack undermined Lebanon’s stability and constituted a violation of Resolution 1701, which ended the month-long war between Israel and Hezbollah in 2006.” UNIFIL troops now fail to protect Israel or Lebanon from terror.

UN impotence is funded by YOUR tax dollars, which prevent Israel from defending herself. If the gloves were off, the Israeli Defense Force could easily wipe out Lebanese terrorists.

But we keep funding the UN which hurts Israeli sovereignty, as explained in an articulatearticle written by Debra Feuer for The Hill newspaper this week, saying the USA should continue to defund UNESCO and other UN front organizations that facilitate terrorism.

“The Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) is asking UN bodies to grant state status to ‘Palestine’—so Palestinians can enjoy the prerogatives of statehood without making painful compromises with Israel. Now that the Palestinian bid has failed to gain Security Council support, its efforts within individual UN entities take on added significance.

“The United States must continue opposing this [Palestinian] gambit, which undermines U.S. peace efforts and challenges U.S. leadership,” Feuer says.

“Last month UNESCO (the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization) became the first UN body to accept the Palestinian bid for full state membership. UNESCO disregarded U.S. objections that Palestinians can achieve statehood only by negotiating and compromising with Israel.

“U.S. law prohibits funding any UN body that accords statehood status to a non-state. Enacted in the 1990s, the law was designed to discourage precisely today’s scenario—premature UN membership for Palestine.”

Sadly President Obama’s pro-Muslim Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta criticized the move on Monday, saying: “This is a critical time. This is no time to withhold those funds.”

Apparently Secretary Panetta (pictured right–>) does not know U.S.law already forbids our tax-dollars from funding the Palestinians now that they have abrogated the 1993 Oslo Peace Accords, by going solo to the UN and demanding independence illegally.

As a reminder, Mr. Panetta, last month 407 Congressmen (to 6) voted for H.Res 268 to remind us WHAT U.S. LAW ALREADY CURRENTLY SAYS:

“Resolved: That the House of Representatives…reaffirms the United States statutory requirement precluding assistance to a Palestinian Authority that includes Hamas unless that Authority and all its ministers publicly accept Israel’s right to exist and all prior agreementsand understandings with the United States and Israel.”

Hamas is forbidden by law from receiving U.S. tax dollars, but what’s this I hear?

“Every single Palestinian Authority terrorist held in an Israeli jail receives a monthly salary from the Palestinian Authority,” paid with American tax-dollars, reportsisraelnationalnews.com read article here. “Terrorists who committed the most heinous crimes – and therefore received longer sentences – receive the most money, according to a report in Israeli paper Yisrael Hayom.”

“Prisoners who were jailed for periods of up to five years receive 1,400 to 2,000 NIS per month. However, terrorists serving 10 to 15 years receive 6,000 shekels, the ones serving 15 to 20 years receive 10,000 shekels, and those serving 20 to 30 years get 12,000 shekels. These are people who planned, directed and took part in the intentional sadistic slaughter of civilian men, women and children, at point blank range.

“Since some of the victims of PA terror are American citizens, the information means thatUS taxpayers pay monthly salaries to the people who murdered their fellow [Americans].”

ISRAEL BOMBED WITH 150 IRANIAN ROCKETS, SO RON PAUL SAYS “LET IRAN HAVE NUKES!”

This week Hamas terrorists in the Gaza strip launched 150 Iranian-made rockets into Israel, killing innocent civilians. Israel patiently declined to retaliate, saying they won’t enter Gaza if the rocket attacks stop soon.

Prime Minister Netanyahu directly tied the rocket attackes to Iran, telling 25 visiting U.S. Republican Congressmen: “those who fire missiles at Israel are supported by Iran with weapons, money and training. They constitute a forward Iranian post on our borders. Just as Iran threatens us, so too it threatens the US.”

But Presidential Candidate Ron Paul (R-TX) said this week Iran should be armed with nuclear weapons, and America should not defend Israel, even if Iran annihilates Jews. Watch Ron Paul on 2 minute video, saying Iran needs nuclear weapons. Ron Paul was one of only 6 Congressmen who voted “NO” in a 407-6 vote on H.Res 268 to help Israel last month, when 13 liberal Democrats voted “PRESENT.”

Paul was then asked by Megyn Kelly on Fox: “If you were President Paul, and it turned out you were wrong, and Iran did have the bomb, and attacked Israel, would you step in?”
Ron Paul: “No. I’d let Israel take care of that. Why should we interfere with Israel? We always interfere with Israel more than any other neighbors. We undermine their national sovereignty.” [By standing by idly and letting them get destroyed by nuclear weapons?]

Iran President Ahmadinejad says Iran will have full nuclear capability by December 2011, and also repeatedly has threatened genocide against the Jews. He has said:

2005: “I have no doubt that the new wave [of violence against Jews] that has started in Palestine, and we witness it in the Islamic world too, will eliminate this disgraceful stain from the Islamic world.”

2006: “The Imam said this regime occupying Jerusalem must vanishfrom the page of time….we don’t accept this claim [of the holocaust]…the Zionists can establish their state in Europe. You offer part of Europe and we will support it….The Zionist regime will be wiped out soon the same way the Soviet Union was, and humanity will achieve freedom.”

Let’s fax 535 Senators/Reps to de-fund the UN if they dare divide Jerusalem.

Palestinians refuse to return to the negotiating table, instead pushing forward with plans to ask the United Nations to recognize their independence in September, a move that could lead to war. Salam Fayyad, the Prime Minister of the Palestinian authority, warned that his own President Mahmoud Abbas is raising public expectations for independence, which the UN vote cannot grant. “The truth is the day after the vote will the same as the day before,” he complained that Abbas is deceiving the Palestinian people into expecting independence that the UN cannot grant. The angry mob is rising.

Polls confirm Abbas is deceiving his own people. A reporter in Haifa Israel quoted a recent survey of Palestinians that “the public supports the September process,” but “the minute the leadership returns from New York, Palestinian youths expect them to begin exercising absolute sovereignty.”

Palestinian PM Fayyad admitted President Abbas is deceiving the public. All of the public discussion “is based on a false premise. What I find objectionable is that this has not been explained to the Palestinian people,” Fayyad said.

Jews in Israel fear the crisis coming in September. The reporter in Haifa Israel said “Around here, everyone is deeply concerned about September. In fact, that’s just about the only thing anyone is talking about.”

The bottom line: War is coming. Abbas will force a UN vote, which Obama may not veto, but even if we do veto, Palestinians are raising an army (see below), and their civilian angry mobs will soon declare independence, because Abbas has lied to them, claiming the UN vote will grant independence, when it cannot. Hoards of angry young Palestinians will not understand the limits of the UN vote, and will take to the streets in violence, calling for Israel’s and America’s destruction. Israel gives land, but gets no peace. And our U.S. Congress has not demanded the UN stop their vote.

PALESTINIANS GROWING SIZE OF ILLEGAL MILITARY

“The Palestinian Authority (PA) is quietly and illegally increasing the size of its military, in preparation to fight Israel for control of Jerusalem in September, when the United Nations (UN) may recognize Palestine’s independence and seize Jerusalem without Israeli permission. IsraelNationalNews.com reports the PA Army has exceeded its legal size limit by 25%, but plans to grow their Army even more:

“Sources inside the PA, [told reporters] senior PA security personnel have expressed concern that its 41,000 strong paramilitary force – some 11,000 stronger than [the 30,000] the Oslo Accords allow – is not up to the task of confronting the IDF [Israeli Defense Force] in Judea and Samaria should Israel, as seems inevitable, dispute any unilateral PA claims [of independence].” So the PA complains the need even more troops to fight Israel, and may rely upon Syria and Iran when war is declared on Israel.

PA “leadership has lost faith in peace talks which is why they are approaching the matter through the UN,” said Bassam Al Salehi, the Secretary General of the Palestinian People’s Party. “So far we have secured the approval of about 120 states from around the world to endorse an independent Palestinian state on the 1967 borderline,” he added. “States which recognise each other, draw and fix their borders,” Salehi said.

The United Nations Security Council is debating this week whether to seize Jerusalem from Israel and declare Palestine is an independent state, which the Obama Administration may not veto as expected, as P.A. President Abbas said this summer on Lebanese TV: “President Obama says he wants to see an independent Palestinian state by September.”

CONGRESSMAN LEADS CHARGE TO DEFEND ISRAEL

One pro-Israel U.S. Congressman has introduced a brand new law to de-fund the United Nations if they dare to seize Israeli land, or if President Obama fails to veto any Palestinian land-grab of Jerusalem without permission from Israel.

Pro-Israel Congressman Steve Chabot (R-OH, pictured right–>) who chairs the Subcommittee for mid-East relations, introduced H.Res 297, which says the United States should withhold “contributions to the regularly assessed biennial budget of the United Nations … if the General Assembly adopts a resolution in favor of recognizing a state of Palestine outside of or prior to a final status agreement negotiated between, and acceptable to, the State of Israel and the Palestinians.”

The Washington Times confirms the U.N. plans an illegal vote to unilaterally recognize Palestine in September. “A unilateral declaration of Palestinian statehood would be an illegal act that would violate the letter and the spirit of U.N. Security Council Resolutions 242 (1967) and 338 (1973). Those binding resolutions called for a negotiated settlement of the dispute with Israel with ‘secure and recognized boundaries.'”
