Almighty God we rejoice in the victory you have given to Christian petitioners, who were vindicated by the U.S. Forest Service, who stood up to atheist complainers threatening lawsuits to remove a statue of Jesus built by World War II Veterans in Montana. The memorial was erected in 1955 on a 25-foot by 25-foot plot of land on Big Mountain in the Flathead National Forest, and now it will stay, thanks to public comments 10 to 1 in favor. From Psalm 106:3, “blessed are those who maintain justice, who constantly do what is right.” In Jesus’ name, Amen.
