Almighty God, we pray You save the Muslim murderers in Yemen, who killed an American Christian teacher and Pennsylvania native Joel Shrum, whose family denied he was involved in proselytizing, but Muslim militants claimed he was teaching Christianity, so they drove by on motorcycles and killed him in the street near the school. A text message circulating by mobile phone in Yemen said that “holy warriors” had killed “a senior missionary” in the central city of Taiz. From Psalm 116:15, precious in the sight of the LORD is the death of his saints. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
