Let us pray. Almighty God, we thank you that, despite myths about Christians divorcing at the same rate as non-Christians, a new study confirms “people who identify as Christians but rarely attend church, that 60 percent of these have been divorced,” but only 38% of those that attend church regularly have been divorced. We thank you for empowering your Church to “make disciples,” and that the local church is once again becoming known as a place to cultivate strong marriages that “no man can put asunder” (Matt. 19:6), in Jesus’ name, Amen.
