Let us pray. Almighty God, we are grieved that a school district in Texas has forbidden a third-grader from distributing handwritten invitations to his Bible club before class. You said, “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these” (Matt. 19:14). Reveal to the leaders of this school district that they are committing an atrocious crime in attempting to prevent these children from sharing their faith with their friends. Let these children not be hindered from coming to you. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
