David Pakman was kind enough to let us know about an interview that he did with former Navy Chaplain Gordon Klingenschmitt. The former chaplain insists that people are born straight, but that marketing somehow makes someone gay. According to Pakman, he “countered that if marketing accounts for homosexuality in humans, how does it happen in 4000 other species, and he indicated that it is the devil/demonic possession from humans ENTERING THE ANIMALS.”
Pakman went on to explain:
Gordon also added that “when president obama endorsed homosexual marriage, he blamed jesus christ,” and made direct attacks against President Obama and against me, saying that the devil promotes homosexuality through straight people like David Pakman and President Obama. Another hugely dangerous comment he made is that straight marriages and society are hurt by gay marriages through the abuse of children which he claims is a constant in gay marriage/gay parenting (confusing to me as well).
From the sounds of it, not only is Klingenschmitt wrestling with his own demons, but that he sounds desperate to prove that he is right just so he can assuage his own problems.
