Let us pray. Almighty God, although the Supreme Court has refused to hear the case just yet, we pray that the district court in California will allow the Mt. Soledad Veterans Memorial Cross to remain where it has stood in San Diego for over half a century, despite recent legal attacks by the ACLU. Your Word says, “Do not move the ancient boundary which your fathers have set” (Prov. 22:28). Having stood since 1954, we pray this Cross of Jesus Christ continues to stand as a symbol of love, comfort, and redemption for decades to come, in Jesus’ name. Amen.
