FREE PETITION: Ask Comedy Central to Cancel show’s plan to mock Jesus Christ

The cable TV network Comedy Central is planning a new show for a series called "JC" which mocks~ belittles~ and blasphemes Jesus Christ.

The Associated Press reports the series depicts Christ as a "regular guy" who moves to New York to "escape his father’s enormous shadow." Comedy Central executives recently censored an episode of another show that mocked Islam’s false-prophet Muhammed~ but they apparently will not show the same courtesy to Jesus or Christians. Let’s sign a new petition~ and ask them to cancel their plan to mock our Savior~ or face a nation-wide boycott of their entire network and sponsors. Almighty God~ we pray You give Macy’s the victory in a new lawsuit filed by Jason “Jazz” Araquel~ a 21 year old pre-operative male to female transgender cross-dresser~ who claims he was fired by Macy’s because they refused to let this man use the ladies bathroom~ just like Barney Frank is trying to legislate nationwide with ENDA. We pray from Zechariah 8:16 that true and sound judgment would be rendered in the courts. Pierce the conscience of this young man and bring him to a true and saving knowledge of who You are~ in Jesus Name~ Amen.

Almighty God~ thank You for the Rutherford Institute and their faithful work in defending religious liberties and specifically the right to pray “in Jesus name~” as they now assist defending Forsyth County in North Carolina’s defense of free speech and prayer before council meetings~ which is protected by the Constitution. We pray the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals would bring another victory for the name of Jesus~ so our $3000 pledge won’t be seized by atheist complainers~ and the Son may glorify the Father as you stated in John 14:13~ in Jesus Name~ Amen.

Idaho Judge Bans Religious Books in Charter School

Almighty God~ we are saddened that a federal judge has ignored the First Amendment freedom of the press~ and banned certain school books as illegal~ ruling against an Idaho charter school’s rights to use religion-friendly textbooks~ despite the fact that the Supreme Court has ruled previously that a knowledge of biblical history is necessary in order to understand Shakespeare and others. God help Alliance Defense Fund as they pursue grounds for an appeal for Nampa Classical Academy~ from James 1:5 knowing that You promise to give wisdom liberally to those who ask~ in Jesus Name~ Amen.

FEMA Tells Volunteers to Remove Religious T-Shirts

Almighty God~ we are thankful that FEMA quickly apologized to two Christian aid workers~ and their church and the Salvation Army~ because they were wrongly asked by a FEMA photographer to remove their Christian t-shirts which had a Salvation Army logo~ just because the photographer didn’t want anything “faith based” in a government photo of volunteers. Thank God FEMA has fired the photographer for his anti-religious bias and acknowledged Matthew 5:10~ blessed are the Christian volunteers who were persecuted for righteousness sake~ for theirs is the kingdom of heaven~ in Jesus Name~ Amen.

Christian Preacher Released from Jail for Preaching Against Sin

Let Us Pray. Almighty God~ thank you for the wisdom you gave to Dale McAlpine who videotaped his own arrest by a homosexual police officer in London~ who claimed he was preaching hate by saying that homosexuality is a sin. We thank you that the Crown Prosecution Service decided that preaching peacefully that homosexuality is a sin is not against the law~ and that he was released from jail after only a few hours. From Psalm 91:4 we acknowledge that God’s faithfulness is a shield and a rampart~ and He alone gives victory and protection~ in Jesus Name~ Amen.
